Image of God
"There is no need for any of us to be afraid of God because God is no judge and all our images of God as a judge and as being perfect and watching us so negatively are all projections of our own fear and have nothing at all to do with the incredible generosity and beauty and dignity of the Divine Presence around us." John O' Donanhue

Dignity
"When you recognize your limits, but still embrace your life with affection and graciousness, the sense of inner dignity begins to grow. You become freer and less dependent on the affirmation of outer voices and less troubled by the negativity of others." John O' Donahue
Dignity
" No one else can confer dignity on you; it is something that comes from within. You can only receive the gift of dignity from your own heart. When you learn to embrace yourself with a sense of appreciation and affection, you begin to glimpse the goodness and light that is in you, and gradually you will realize that you are worthy of respect from yourself." John O' Donahue
